• AI Readiness Assessment: your assessment answers and email address when you submit the assessment and request results
• Email correspondence: any information you share when communicating with us directly

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
• No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics: this site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or equivalent tracking tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your contact form submissions and inquiries
• Deliver your AI Readiness Assessment results and follow up if you request it
• Communicate about potential or active engagements
• Improve the assessment tool based on aggregate, anonymized response patterns

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral tracking, or sale to third parties.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Contact and assessment submissions are stored on our self-hosted infrastructure, which is protected by access controls, encrypted at rest, and accessible only to authorized personnel.

We retain contact and assessment data for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate this site:

• Email delivery: to send you assessment results and confirmations. Your email address is transmitted to our email provider for this purpose only.
• Hosting infrastructure: this site runs on our own servers. No third-party cloud provider receives your data as a result of visiting this site.

We do not embed social media widgets, advertising networks, or analytics platforms on this site.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or persistent cookies for analytics or advertising. Any session-related cookies set by the server are strictly necessary for site functionality and are not used to track you across sessions or third-party sites.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis
