Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for Watkins Labs’ pay-as-you-go services, including break-fix and monthly term engagements. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Pay-As-You-Go/Break-Fix Services:
    • No cancellation is required as services are rendered on-demand.
  • Monthly Contracts (Prorated):
    • Cancellation requests for monthly services are accepted only if a prorated contract is in place.
    • Cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
    • Services rendered until the cancellation effective date remain chargeable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Service Failures:
    • If Watkins Labs fails to deliver the agreed service per SLA, prorated refunds may be issued for the affected period.
  • Billing Errors:
    • Overcharges or duplicate payments will be refunded upon verification.
  • Non-Refundable Services:
    • Break-fix and standard pay-as-you-go charges are non-refundable once rendered, except in cases of verified service failure.
  • Prorated Contracts:
    • For monthly contracts with prorated terms, refunds may be processed for any unused portion of the service period upon cancellation.

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission:
    • Submit refund requests in writing with your client ID, service details, invoice numbers, and a description of the issue.
  • Assessment:
    • Refund requests are assessed within 5 business days.
  • Processing:
    • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Communication:
    • Clients will receive updates throughout the process and may be asked for additional information if needed.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • For disputes related to refunds or cancellations, contact billing@watkinslabs.com.
  • Disputes will be addressed within 10 business days. Unresolved issues may be subject to mediation or arbitration per Georgia state law.

6. Policy Updates

  • This policy may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email, and the current version will be available at watkinslabs.com/refund-policy.
