- Misuse resources, including excessive bandwidth consumption that negatively impacts service availability for other clients.
- Engage in activities that promote violence, discrimination, harassment, or hate speech.
- Use services for the distribution of illegal, obscene, or offensive content.
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws and regulations applicable to the services provided.
3. Security & Compliance
- Clients are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Any unauthorized access attempts, security breaches, or policy violations must be reported immediately to Watkins Labs.
- Clients must comply with all relevant data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
- It is the responsibility of clients to implement best security practices, including firewalls, encryption, and access control measures, to protect their systems.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
- Monitoring & Investigation: Watkins Labs reserves the right to monitor and investigate any suspected violations of this AUP.
- Service Suspension or Termination: If a violation is identified, Watkins Labs may immediately suspend or terminate the associated services without notice.
- Legal Action & Liability: Severe violations may result in legal action, including claims for damages, cooperation with law enforcement agencies, and recovery of costs associated with investigative measures.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Watkins Labs, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from violations of this policy.
5. Policy Updates
Watkins Labs reserves the right to update this policy periodically to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. The latest version will always be available at watkinslabs.com/acceptable-use-policy/. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
